OurPTR2 is one of three sites run by an acquaintance of mine from the GPT/PTC/PTR community, and one I feel confident in saying is run by an honest admin & you will be paid if working.

This one offers a variety of ways to earn, including paid mails, point mails & ads, PTC, games & contests, and other stuff. Referral earnings are 15%.

Members who have $0.01 or more at the beginning of a calendar month at OurPTR2 will be paid before the end of that month; you can also choose not to be paid until you reach $10, but must then choose to be paid in cash or Amazon gift certificate. Many payment options are available, including PayPal, AlertPay, Amazon GC, and others.
